Small parcels are usually handled by Royal Mail. We do not personally deliver your mail. Delivery times are out of our control. We do not have the ability to speed up or locate a parcel within the postal system. We recommend selecting a Tracked delivery service at checkout if you require more control over delivery.

Postal delays are to be expected during U.K. bank and public holidays, severe weather between this location and the recipient’s location, busy gift periods throughout the year, the Christmas run up from Halloween to New Years Day, global pandemics, regional lockdowns, civil disturbances, transportation delays, strikes or industrial actions and operational changes to postal services

Non receipt, delayed and lost parcels

All parcels which are correctly addressed in line with the Royal Mail address finder database should arrive within Royal Mail’s advertised delivery estimates.

These times are not guaranteed delivery times. Royal Mail expect customers to wait 10 business days before considering an item delayed or lost. Expect delays due to bad weather, or during busy times of the year.

We cannot refund orders or delivery charges for late deliveries, uncollected parcels from Delivery Offices, customer expectations not being met, missed ‘customer imposed’ deadlines or buyer’s remorse.

We are happy to store returned parcels for re-delivery. Re-delivery will be paid by the customer.
