We promise to refund any unused stock item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt, please contact us for returns number. We only pay for your return postage if item is faulty.
Non-stock items which are tailor-made or personalised goods are not refundable unless they are faulty.
Fast track replacement of Damage in post, faulty or incorrect goods – please email us a picture of defective goods and we will send replacement without the need to return in advance. If we require the defective goods to be returned, we will include a paid returns label with replacement goods.
Refund of damage, faulty or incorrect goods, if you prefer a refund to replacement please return them to us by 2nd class royal mail, for full refund including your outgoing and return postage costs. Please contact us for returns number.
